GOODNESS STORED UP FOR YOU
These are wonderful services in which we come to worship and focus our attention on Him. When we worship, we run into the goodness/glory of God.
God can do more in a one-hour corporate service if we keep our focus on Him than in a 3 hour service and much more than He can do with you worshipping the Lord alone at home.
JOKE:
2 little boys ages 4 and 6 were spending the night at grandma’s. Grandma sent them off to bed and told them not to forget to say their prayers. They went and knelt down by their beds and the little one started praying at the top of his lungs: “Lord I thank you for a new bicycle, I thank you for a new PlayStation, I thank you for a new DVD player”. His brother asked, “Why are you screaming? God is not deaf.” He said, “I know but grandmother is”.
I PROPOSE TO YOU THAT WHEN GOD LAID OUT THE PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE, HE PUT IN IT EVERYTHING YOU’LL EVER NEED FOR YOUR DESTINY.
He’s already lined up the right people, favor, increase…and everything you’ve been dreaming about.
God has tremendous blessing stored up for those who honor Him.
Be it a contract or a business tender, a job, a healing, the husband you’ve been believing God for, the wife you’ve been praying about, the car, the land etc. its already out there with your name on it.
If you keep honoring God by believing Him, worshipping Him, at the right time, it will manifest.
You don’t have to chase after it, it will find you. What God has stored up for you, it won’t go to anyone else.
Ps 31:19 Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men! NKJV
It is God’s will that you never lack any good thing you desire.
The Psalmist said:
Ps 34:8-10 Oh taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! 9 Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. 10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing. NKJV
One translation says: Experience it for yourself how good the Lord is.
God never runs out of good things to give you or to do for you. He never runs out of favor. Someone else being blessed is not going to stop God from blessing you. He has an unlimited supply.
Ps 33:5 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. NKJV
Let’s declare: the goodness of the Lord on our families, our communities, our nation is full of the goodness of the Lord.
Declare the goodness and glory of the Lord upon this church.
Solomon prayed:
2 Chron. 6:41 “Now therefore, Arise, O LORD God, to Your resting place, You and the ark of Your strength. Let Your priests, O LORD God, be clothed with salvation, And let Your saints rejoice in goodness. NKJV
Rejoice in His goodness. Goodness and glory are linked and sometimes interpreted out of the same word. To declare His glory is to declare His goodness.
Are you ready to receive some good things from our good God? God has always been about storing up good things for us.
Prov. 13:22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous. NKJV
If a good man can have an inheritance for his children and grandchildren, how much more the good Father God?
We need to learn how to access those good things that He desires to give to us.
How do you access those stored up blessings?
Ps 34:12-14 Who is the man who desires life, And loves many days, that he may see good? 13 Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit. 14 Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it. NKJV
Do you see that the tongue, the lips or the mouth have something to do with it?
Speak good if you want to see good…the enemy will do his best to help you speak evil and negative about everything and everyone.
The media he uses is full of the negative things of this world.
But God says the earth is FULL of the goodness of the Lord.
The more challenging the days, the more we should guard our mouth to speak what we want to see happen.
Prov. 18:20 A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; from the produce of his lips he shall be filled. NKJV
Prov. 18:20 NLT Words satisfy the soul as food satisfies the stomach; the right words on a person’s lips bring satisfaction.
As children of God we need to be speaking the good that God has prepared for us. Eph.2:10 Amp.
For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. AMP
He birthed you to do good works living the good life He prearranged and stored up for you.
SPEAK THE GOOD DESTINY GOD HAS FOR YOU.
SPEAK THE GOOD LIFE THAT ACCOMPANIES IT
Psalm 34:14 above also says: Let him do good.
The more the challenging the days, the more good you and I should do to others. The more we should give. The church shines in the darkest of days.
Guard yourself to remain positive in these unprecedented days:
EXAMPLE:
In Numbers 14, the ten spies Moses sent out to check out the Promised Land came back and emphasized the size of the walls and the size of the giants.
The Bible (Numbers 14:37) called it an evil report.
The men who brought forth this evil report died by the plague before the Lord.
WHAT WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO SPEAK ABOUT? THE GOOD LAND GOD HAD STORED UP FOR THEM?
It shouldn’t have mattered whether the walls were there. God already had a plan on what to do about the walls. He had already proven it at Jericho.
It didn’t matter how big the giants were, the next generation proved giants were not an issue.
These spies probably said: “But I’m just facing reality. There are giants there I saw them with my own 2 eyes. I felt like a grasshopper in their sight and in my sight.
Today, they’d say: “This virus is real, its not a joke. I’m scared for my life.”
Reality? We need to be spiritual enough to not be moved by what is glaring in front of us.
Like Joshua and Caleb, let us see and talk the good even in the midst of a pandemic. It is not an issue God can’t deal with. It’s not an issue that’s bigger than our divine health. Its not an issue to stop us from getting what God has stored up for us.
Talking negative limits you to a little God with some disabilities about him.
ORAL ROBERTS
God used Oral Roberts to reveal to the church that they are to expect the good and look for it.
He would begin every meeting and his TV broadcast with: “Something good is going to happen to you today.”
God never runs out of the good things He’s stored up for you and me.
Ps 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, the God of our salvation! NKJV
And this applies to all 7 billion people on planet earth…if they’d receive it. If all 7B received those benefits all at the same time
today, there’d still be enough for tomorrow.
“In life, you find what you look for.”
In this dispensation that’s about to end, God wants us to have faith in Him being a REWARDER of those who seek
Him.
I choose to believe that He is a real God who rewards us with good no matter what is going on.
Even if you messed up, He’d store up that good for you till you straighten up things in your life enough to believe Him for them. The moment you straighten up your faith and believe Him, good starts flowing in your life.
Deut. 7:9 “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments NKJV
God will keep His covenant of mercy with those who love Him for a thousand generations.
If He is a Rewarder and He is, then we need to seek the good. A reward is something good. Those who seek Him get rewarded.
We don’t come to seek Him to perform some religious rite to appease Him, we get rewarded for seeking Him. We find Him and good things begin to manifest in our lives as a result of our worship.
Heb. 11:6 The Message:
It’s impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him.
The devil tries to convince you that God doesn’t care. If someone
convinces me that you are a bad person and you don’t care for me, then I wouldn’t approach you for any benefit.
But the Bible tells us of a God who so loved the world that He gave…He still so loves that He gives.
The things that have been going on should never shape our perspective of God negatively.
Ps 119:68 You are good, and do good; NKJV
Ps 119:68 You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees. NIV
In the midst of bad news, we ought to say Thank You Lord that you are a Rewarder of those who seek You. I’m looking for my rewards in You. I’m expecting the good during these days.
David said:
Ps 27:13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living. NKJV
Never lose heart. Goodness is stored up for you and If you keep believing, you will see His goodness in the land of the living.
SAY:
You’re good and You do good. So I declare the goodness of the Lord in my life and in my family.
I believe I’ll see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
God has stored up good things for me.
Even the wealth of the sinner is laid up for me.
Because I seek the Lord, I shall not lack any good thing.
I will rejoice in the goodness of my God.
Blessed be God who daily loads me with benefits
I believe I receive good things month of August and the rest of this year.
My God has prepared me to do good works
And I’ll live the good life He has planned for me.

Give believing God for the good He’s stored up for you to manifest in your life.
Keep your tithing/giving worship alive, keep your financial increase growing (Luke 6:38.)
