Dear Saints,
Hope you had great week. I want to share with you our final thoughts on planning as we come to the closer of these series.
Last week we addressed the issue of budgeting, and living within your means. I have noticed something very common but highly destructive among Christians, and that is comparing oneself to another person. Do not do this. Concentrate on your “own business,” because to each one of us is given a talent.
The scripture above gives us a clue on what life is all about. Its a long journey and as you journey on, planning is the key that will take you to your destination. No one lives home without planning where they are going. Similarly, no one should approach life without planning.
As the master left us in “His estate,” He gave each one a gift, to sustain us as we journey along life. We are equipped with unique abilities to meet our needs and those of others. In planning for 2019, lets “open an account” for: career, for family, for friendships, for traveling, for having fun, for blessing others, for our children and so forth….Finally, check your deposits consistently because that is where you will withdraw from, your deposits.
