SPIRIT – FILLED LIVING

SPIRIT FILLED.
Ephesians 5:18
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Dear Saints,
I trust that you have been blessed through these series of being filled with the Spirit. The words “be filled,” is one Greek word: Pleroo. One meaning of this word is to “level up”. Think about it, “my cup runs over,”…..its overflowing, its spilling. Whatever fills you up, if pressed, or under-pressure, that’s what will come out. Jesus said, “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth confesses.” (Matt. 12:24).
God wants us filled with Himself. Before we consider circumstances, we consider Him. So many Christians (born again) are body ruled. They are led by what they see and what they feel….calling it “reality.” They may say, “am a human being.” Yes you are, but not when you are filled with the Spirit. You cease to be just a normal human being when you are “FILLED” with the Spirit, you become a God carrier.
2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
When you are filled with the Spirit, you become so full of God that when something happens, you do not quickly curse or think hospital or think in the natural, you exclaim GOD…or the word. You do not “become so down” because of circumstances, you stand up against any situation by faith and you overcome, first in your mind by faith (belief, trust) then physically. Natural things are created by supernatural things.
The Holy Spirit will do several things. One, when you are in difficult situations He will comfort you, to bring you to a place of shalom (peace) so that you can, without anxiety stand in faith, which will get you results. Two, He will teach you not to be an “up and down” person, all the time. And the third one, see your SPREADING THE LIGHT BULLETIN next week…..awesome. Time for babyhood is over…..Love you all.
