SPIRIT – FILLED LIVING

Ephesians 5:19
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
Dear Saints,
There is no greater life than a spirit filled life. It is the kind of life that keeps you “high” without taking a sip of alcohol or drugs.Sometimes people drink alcohol to fill an emptiness on the inside. But it doesn’t work.One Irishman quipped, “it’s champagne tonight and real pain in the morning.” Recognizing His disciples wouldn’t survive without Him when He left, Jesus said, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter to be with you forever-the Spirit.
John 14:16
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Once you understand what the Holy Spirit can do, you wont want to live a single day
Without His help.Think about this, He will plant your feet on the path of truth;
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
There are some terms here we must pay attention to in order to understand the exact work of the Holy Spirit. first, He is known as the Spirit of Truth. So in this regard, He will guide you into all truth. Secondly, He shall not speak of Himself, implying He will speak of another (Jesus). Thirdly, He speaks only what He hears….so whatever He tells you, came directly from the Father. Forth, Nothing will catch you by surprise because He will show you things to come.When you doubt your salvation, He will confirm that you are truly God’s redeemed child.
Romans 8:16
The Spirit itself (Himself) beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
