TITLE: Jesus, The plan of God.

Isaiah 46
10Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Dear Saints,
Greetings in Jesus’ Name. I trust that you had a great week since our last bulletin. I also trust that you are DOING the word in walking in obedience to The Holy Spirit. This week I want to talk to you about the most “mysterious”, perturbing, disturbing, to the ignorant, and fascinating to the truth seekers. It’s the story of all times, the story of all hope for mankind, it’s the story of the only WAY to God. It’s the plan of God for redeeming man.
Our theme scripture, Isaiah 46:10 declares that God declared “the end” from the beginning.
The end being our redemption. Since Adam fell, God began the plan of redemption.
He talked of the seed of the woman (Genesis 3:15) and not only that, the Old Testament
is a type and shadow of the redemption plan.

Isaiah 7:14Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

This scripture was fulfilled in the book of

Matthew 1:23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

The story of this “child” is amazing. Born of a virgin who never knew a man although espoused to one Joseph, of the seed of David. The mystery of this child is that He was and is, God. In fact He was the express image of the godhead,

Colossians 2:9For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

As we prepare to celebrate The birth of Jesus Christ, we are celebrating THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD.
The story of the God man.

John 1:1-2
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

We will discuss more on the birth of Jesus and what it means, or should mean to all of us next week on your SPREADING THE LIGHT BULLETIN.
Don’t forget our Christmas Eve dinner……it’s gonna be great!!.

INVITED SOMEONE TO CHURCH.  PLEASE DO, YOU WILL NOT REGRET.
